The exterior had been neglected for a long time, and needed much restoration. The interior was very complicated, with bare wood details (needing clear lacquer) intermixed with painted wall panels (needing new paint). It was a big job. Carlos and Manuel were awesome. They took the time to do the job right, instead of rushing it and cutting corners. They far surpassed my most optimistic expectations of taking pride in their work. The place not only looks great now, the underlying work being done right will make it last.
