Each warranty we offer is tailored to the needs, expectations, and budgets of all our loyal clients. Warranty Packages
Front Range Painters repairs defective workmanship (peeling, blistering, or chipping) on the property to include both the labor and materials required for rectification. Paint and other material defects are the responsibility of the material manufacturer and their warranty. For exterior painting projects Front Range Painters provides four warranty packages from bronze to palladium, utilizing only premium products from Sherwin Williams:

Our bronze package comes with standard materials for the price conscious individuals looking for a no frills paint job.
A-100 exterior acrylic latex paint (15-year Limited warranty).
Our premium silver package includes upgraded materials to withstand the harsh elements of Colorado climate!
Superpaint exterior acrylic latex paint (Lifetime Limited warranty).
Our premium platinum package includes upgraded materials to withstand the harsh elements of Colorado climate!
Superpaint exterior acrylic latex paint (Lifetime Limited warranty).

Emerald exterior acrylic latex paint (Lifetime Limited warranty).
Stucco Warranties
For stucco repaints, we have a gold and platinum package utilizing only the best elastomeric paints!
Conflex Sherlastic elastomeric coating (ultimate elasticity).
For stucco repaints, we have a gold and platinum package utilizing only the best elastomeric paints!
LoxonXP elastomeric coating (extreme elasticity and color
retention).
Additional charges apply for upgraded materials and the duration of warranty selected.

What does our warranty cover?
Front Range Painters will repair defective workmanship (peeling, blistering, or chipping) on the property to include both the labor and materials required to rectify the issue. Paint and other material defects are the responsibility of the material manufacturer and their warranty.
For exterior paint projects Front Range Painters utilizes premium products from Sherwin Williams:
- Superpaint: 3 year (lifetime warranty)
- Duration: 6 year (lifetime warranty)
- Emerald: 9 year (lifetime warranty)
For stucco repaints Front Range Painters utilizes either:
- Conflex Sherlastic elastomeric coating: 4 year
or - LoxonXP elastomeric coating: 8 year
Legality
For the warranty to be valid you must:
- Pay the full contract price
- Retain a copy of the original contract
- Provide evidence of payment in full
- Allow the property to be accessible to Front Range Painters to inspect the property as well as perform any warranty work and/or repairs.
THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY EXPRESS WARRANTY MADE BY FRONT RANGE PAINTERS AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED). THIS WARRANTY COVERS ONLY THOSE SERVICES PROVIDED BY FRONT RANGE PAINTERS TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER NAMED ON THE FRONT OF THE CONTRACT. IN NO EVENT SHALL FRONT RANGE PAINTERS BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT PRICE. THE WARRANTY MAY NOT BE ALTERED OR EXTENDED FOR ANY PURPOSE UNLESS DONE SO IN WRITING EXECUTED BY ALL PARTIES TO THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT.
Warranty Limitations
Our warranties do not cover the following:
- Color fade
- Exact paint match as environmental conditions will affect the color and finish of all paints over time
- Any work which was not performed by Front Range Painters
- Varnished surfaces
- Specialty finishes (faux work etc.)
- Stained surfaces
- Surfaces made of, or containing, galvanized metal
- Repairs to any horizontal surfaces or any surface that by virtue of its design allow moisture to collect. Examples of such surfaces are: decks, railings, stairs, porches, roofs, gutters, footers, and planters
- Any repairs which are necessitated as a result of a defect in the paint regardless of whether the paint was supplied by Front Range Painters or the customer
- Bleeding caused by knots, rust, or cedar
- Cracks in drywall, plaster, caulking, wood, or stucco
Peeling, blistering or chipping are not covered if they are caused by the following:
- Abuse
- Ordinary wear and tear
- Peeling layers of paint existing prior to the work performed by Front Range Painters
- Structural defects
- Settling or movement of the structure; moisture content of the substrate
- Water damage
- Mechanical damage
- Abrasive cleaning with chemicals and/or cleaning agents
- Exposure to harmful solids, liquids or gases
- Damage or defects caused in whole or in part by reason of fire, explosion, acts of God and/or vandalism, or any other similar causes which are beyond the control of Front Range Painters
Repairs under the warranty will be performed only on the specific areas where thepeeling, blistering, or chipping has occurred and only to the level of surface preparation initially outlined in the original contract.
